WHAT TO EXPECT
Phase 1: 5 weeks of learning and implementing the nutritional needs of gymnasts
You'll learn what gymnasts should be eating, when, and why; vital nutrients for gymnasts; hydration and sleep strategies; and how to build a performance plate with clear action items and worksheets.
Phase 2: 2 weeks of food + body mindset
Here we discuss how to talk about food, ridding of the "good & bad" mentality, food/body commentary, and what the true measurements of health and performance are.
Phase 3: 3 weeks of perfecting your plan
Travel, injury, sickness, busy schedule, picky eating, always hungry, craves sugar - you name it, we cover it! At the end of this phase you will have learned all the strategies needed to fuel for success anywhere, at anytime!

This program is 10 weeks long with weekly LIVE group calls, regular Q&A sessions to support your journey, a private community group, Gymnastics Nutrition Academy workbook and modules, plus helpful handouts to help you fuel with clarity, ease, and confidence.

You can commit as much time as you would like to the program, but to see an impact I would plan on spending at least an hour each week. Most participants are students, gymnasts, and/or busy parents, and they find the time commitment very manageable.

There are varying options depending on which version of the program you choose, and your budget. PLUS, if you enroll during an active discount.
The program offers an upfront payment option, a 3 month payment plan, or a 6 month payment plan option. We will discuss which group option and payment plan works best for you on our discovery call after you apply!

No problem at all. It is very common to miss a few sessions throughout the program, in fact it's expected - you're a gymnast family! With that in mind, all live calls will be recorded with replays available shortly after for you to watch on your own time. You can also utilize our group's communication platform to discuss anything outside of the live calls.

Absolutely. No gymnast is ever too young to start implementing health and performance-based nutrition. The younger they start, the stronger the foundation they will have. The earlier a child begins fueling properly, the better the long term results - even well after gymnastics is over.
Many gymnast parents who sign up have young children who are unable to truly retain the education provided. Since parents are usually buying the food and structuring meal times, it is expected that the parent attend the live calls.

Depends what you are looking for! While the live sessions will be in a group setting, you will l have the opportunity to ask specific questions during every call. I do a Q&A each class and make sure we take the time to cover everything that is on your mind. Outside of our live classes, you also have communication platform to ask personalized questions, engage with other members, receive guidance, etc.
If you believe your situation is more unique or you are a gymnast parent who desires your own personalized nutrition plan, I also offer 1:1 nutrition coaching.

Although this program was created for gymnasts and gymnast parents, this program can help a large amount of female athletes in aesthetic sports (ice skating, cheerleading, dance, etc.) and their parents.
I also offer Premium 1:1 Nutrition Coaching. This is for all individuals looking to improve their health and performance. Not just gymnasts. I specialize in fat loss, muscle/weight gain, optimizing health and performance, and healing food/body relationship.
